Do you charge by the hour?
No, we are happy to offer all day rentals. Contact us to arrange the times that work for you.
Will I be charged for delivery and set up?
No, we only charge a travel fee for locations more than 15 miles from Naperville, IL.
To reserve your date you will be invoiced for half of the total amount due. We accept payment through Paypal or Zelle. We do not accept cash payment. The remaining half of the balance will be invoiced three days before your scheduled event.
Please note deposits are non refundable, if you wish to cancel you will be given a credit for a future date.
The cleaning fee/ deposit is refundable if the bounce house terms as outlined on the invoice/ waiver are followed.
